Our office has no claim responsibility. All claims are adjusted by the carrier and/or their appointed Third Party Administrator (TPA).
If WKFC Underwriting Managers has issued the policy we will accept claim reports and forward them to the appropriate parties. Claim reports should be on the Acord First Notice of Loss form or similar document. Also include any other pertinent claim documentation that is available.

The TPA or carrier will provide claim acknowledgement to the insured. We will also respond to email and phone requests on claim status, if you have not received an acknowledgment.
Contact the adjuster for status update. The adjuster will provide the insured with a claim number, their name and a phone number. WKFC does not have any involvement in the payment or adjustment of claims.
Claim Service Issues

WKFC will assist in reaching the adjuster should you find difficulty contacting them or receiving a response from the adjuster.
If you are not the insured or the broker of record, please provide documentation from the insured showing you represent them.
